Tips & Advice
The soil seam of the baking paper roasting bag is designed to let steam come out of the roasting bag during cooking and is not leak -free, so it is better not to fill the bag with too much liquid. For the best result, place the food in the middle of the bag and avoid too large a filling. After cooking, make a wonderful gravy by simply adding liquid and corn starch to the juices on the bottom of the bag. Simply prepare a "one pot meal" by roasting vegetables, such as onions, potatoes or carrots, with meat.
WARNING
Before cooking, do not lift the roasting bag filled with ingredients, because the bag can break. After cooking, be extremely careful when opening the bag, because the steam will be very hot.
